It is my hope as a certified Doula (DONA ), to provide you with the gentle care your new family requires on your path from pregnancy to parenthood.  Within my care you will recieve:

• 2 prenatal visits - to discuss every aspect of the upcoming birth. I will work with you to find out what is important for you to know before giving birth and will discuss risks versus benefits of interventions, sharing with you many coping skills.

• 24/7 on-call service throughout your prenatal and postpartum experience.

• I will provide continuous support throughout your labor & delivery (home, birth center, or hospital).

• Photographs and your birth story, (a brief account of your labour and special delivery!).

• Complimentary assistance with breastfeeding.

• A follow up visit at your home will take place within the first week postpartum. In this visit we will discuss the birth with you and share some postpartum tips and referrals.

Private pre-natal classes (extra fee).
Individualized for your needs, in your home. Twelve hours of curriculum, including labour, birth, breast-feeding and postpartum.
